Discovery & Assessment: evaluated the legacy single-VM setup and benchmarked peak traffic performance to uncover gaps in availability, scalability, cost efficiency, and deployment practices.

High-Availability Architecture: redesigned the environment into a highly available, multi-AZ AWS architecture with auto scaling, observability, and real-time alerting purpose-built for high-traffic influencer campaigns.

Containerization & Orchestration: moved services onto Amazon ECS to replace the single EC2 dependency with a distributed, microservices-driven setup.
